The cool mountain waters in the valley produce some of the best trout in the country, and at the Cole House we get it fresh and prepare it three delicious ways - Southern style with a cornmeal breading, French style in a butter and wine sauce, and a traditional Trout Almondine.

We also serve up juicy steaks and pasta dishes for dinner, and homemade deli sandwiches and soups for lunch, along with new specials that change every week.
